All information below will be for both SON & REIGN competitions, unless noted otherwise. For the next upcoming competition, anything varying will be bold and italicized. However for best information, please join our Coaches Band for each respective competition. Links to each Band will be sent to the primary coaches email.

Buses: Please use the Bus Zone. Entrance for buses is at the marquee billboard on 92nd Ave NE. Then, immediately turn left for the bus zone.
Upon arrival, please go to the Coaches Registration Table. If you have any changes to your numbers that affect your division, please let them know at this time. You will receive wrist bands for your coaches listed upon registration. The coaches wristband will give you all-access to the warmup room, team areas and gym. All registered coaches must show ID and be background checked by their programs administration. If any changes in staff have been made since registering for this event, this absolutely needs to be verified with the competition director via email prior to the day of competition. Any coaches who are not on the registration list, will not have access to team areas and will need to pay the admission fee at the spectator entrance.
FOR SPIRIT OF NORTHSHORE ONLY: Recreational team coaches will need to submit your letters of affiliation to Danni Chapman at cheerpca@gmail.com. Link to Recreational Participant Waiver will be available on October 15th, when Rec registration opens. Please bring a waiver to the registration table for each participating member and alternate.
After you arrive, a BHS cheerleader will guide you and your team to your designated area. Teams will have this space to keep cheerleaders personal items and be a team space. Please keep belongings and cheerleaders on one side of the hallway for access to bathrooms and team check-in, etc.
NEW! PROP HOLDING AREA
Since our team holding areas in the hallways are very narrow, we now ask that all teams hold their props in our prop holding area. This will be right next to our warmup area and we will be happy to keep these items safe for you and ready to go when you need them!
FOR SPIRIT OF NORTHSHORE ONLY: We do provide a room for coaches to come take a break, relax, grab a snack and mingle with other coaches. We will be providing a live stream of the competition in this room as well.
FOR BRING ON THE REIGN ONLY: While this is a competition on a much smaller scale, we will be providing a coaches room, including live streaming and limited snacks & water. Instead of a full meal, each REGISTERED coach will receive a $5 ticket to use at either concessions, or our coffee truck.
Only teams during their designated times will be allowed in warmup area. Warmups can be stressful enough, so we try to provide as much privacy and less distraction to ease the already high stress level. During warmups please also be mindful and respectful of others warming up their teams. Playing your own music and loud props will be restricted until your full mat warmup time.
Warmups will be the following:
5 min tumbling warmup
5 min stunting warmup
5 min hold
5 min full 9 panel floor with music
*Please let parents know that only coaches (with wrist bands given at check-in) and cheerleaders in uniform will be allowed in the team areas. These areas will include athlete locker rooms, training room, warmup room, and all team or prop holding areas.
If needed, our athletic trainer will be located close by, in the holding area of the main gym. Please bring your own tape / pre-wrap if athletes need to be wrapped.

SPIRIT OF NORTHSHORE: Thursday, December 4, 2025 @ 7:30 PM PST. A link to the meeting will be sent to the email used at registration.
BRING ON THE REIGN: Monday, January 12, 2026 @ 7:30 PM PST. A link to the meeting will be sent to the email used at registration.
Tech forms and scoring will be electronic, and will be emailed directly to the email used at registration.

Reminders For All Cheer Coaches:
Hands-on WIAA stunt certification is required for ALL cheer coaches. These stunt certification clinics run for two hours and will be hosted in person. Coaches must be recertified every two (2) years. A current certified coach must be present in order for a team to stunt. Click here to register!
